Seattle Japanese GardenSeattle Japanese Garden Average User Rating: (0 votes, add your vote or comments) Managed by the City of Seattle, Department of Parks & Recreation, the University of Washington, and the Arboretum Foundation - the Seattle Japanese Garden is located within the Washington Park Arboretum. The garden was designed and constructed by Iida Juki in 1960 on a 3 1/2 acre site. Tea ceremony (chad?) demonstrations are offered periodically in the teahouse.
