The Antoine Predock–designed building features framed views of Mt. Rainier and a series of elegant galleries that wrap around an open-air interior stone garden. The galleries showcase traveling national and international exhibitions, as well as selections from the museum’s collection of Dale Chihuly glass, and other American, European, and Asian art. The Open Art Studio is available for all visitors to experiment, create, and connect with art. Hours: Tuesday–Saturday, 10:00 am–5:00 pm; Closed: Mondays (Labor Day–Memorial Day), New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. All holidays are subject to change without notice. By Car: From I-5 take the City Center exit (#133) to the 21st Street off-ramp. Turn left onto 21st and then immediately turn right on Pacific Avenue. The museum is located on the right past the Washington State History Museum and Union Station.
